Web design for interior & landscape studios

AI SEO Services for Interior Design Studios and Landscapers

If you're looking for an AI SEO agency, here's what we offer and what we don't. We build websites for interior design studios and landscaping companies so that Google, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity can find the pages, read them, and quote them accurately: a clear structure, copy written around the questions your clients ask, basic SEO, and crawler access checked against each platform's documentation. Nobody can promise you'll be cited, and we won't. Projects start from $1,000.

What an AI SEO agency should do for a small studio

An AI SEO agency should make your site easy for AI search tools to reach and easy for them to understand. For a studio with one office and a few service areas, most of that work is on your own pages, not in a monthly report.

The platforms say this themselves. Google's guidance on its AI features states that no special schema.org markup or AI text files are needed, and that ordinary SEO practices still apply. So the real job is plain: pages that exist for each thing you sell, text that answers real questions, and nothing in the way of the crawlers that feed AI answers.

That's the work we do, inside a website project, because for most small studios the site itself is the problem.

What our AI SEO services include

Each item below is part of how we build a site. None of it is a separate add-on.

Site structure

We plan one page per service and one per project worth showing, so each page has a single clear subject. A landscaping company that lists patios, drainage, and weekly maintenance on one "Services" page gives an AI tool nothing specific to point to. Three pages do.

Copy written around client questions

You answer a written questionnaire about your services, prices, process, and service area. We write the copy from those answers, and you check every fact before anything goes live. The work runs mostly in writing, so you review drafts when you have time and calls stay optional.

The questions come from what homeowners ask before they get in touch: where a remodel budget starts, whether you handle permits, which towns you cover. Each gets a straight answer near the top of the page that owns it.

Basic SEO

Titles and descriptions for every page, a sensible URL structure, internal links between services and projects, a sitemap, and a check that the pages Google needs are indexable. Google lists the bare minimum for Search as Googlebot not blocked, a working page that returns a 200 status, and indexable content. We make sure your site clears it.

AI crawler access

We set up robots.txt so the search crawlers behind AI answers can reach the site, and we check the rules against each company's official bot documentation:

Training crawlers are a separate decision, and it's yours. OpenAI documents GPTBot apart from its search bot, and Google says its Google-Extended token does not affect inclusion in Google Search. We'll explain the trade-off and set it the way you choose.

Structured content

Facts go in text, not in images. Service areas, price ranges, and project details are written out on the page, and any structured data we add matches what a visitor can see, which Google lists as a best practice for its AI features.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or Google will cite or recommend your business. No one can. Answers change from one run to the next, and Google itself warns that a page meeting all of its requirements may still go uncrawled, unindexed, or unshown.

What we can do is remove the reasons you'd be skipped: a blocked crawler, a portfolio with no words, a service area nobody wrote down. A citation isn't something anyone can sell you.

Who these AI SEO services are for

We've spent 10 years building websites for interior design studios and landscaping companies, and this page is for those two kinds of business.

For an interior design studio, the gaps are usually on project and service pages. A gallery of twenty photos says nothing about the brief, the budget band, or the city. An AI tool asked "who designs small-space condos in Denver" has no text to connect you to that request.

For a landscaper, the gaps are usually about place and season. If your service area lives in a map widget and your maintenance plans live in a PDF, an assistant answering "who does spring cleanups near Overland Park" can't use either. Our page on what a landscaping website needs covers the full build.

Generative engine optimization services vs a new website

Many GEO agency offers are monthly retainers for work that belongs in the site itself. If your pages are thin, a retainer spends months patching what a rebuild would fix once.

A retainer can make sense for a business with many locations. For a one-office studio, we'd fix the site first. If you want the background on how the labels differ, see GEO vs SEO vs AEO compared, and for the crawler side in more depth, our piece on generative engine optimization.

How to vet any AI SEO company

Whoever you hire, these five checks separate real work from packaging:

  1. Ask them to name the exact crawlers they'll allow and link the official page for each. Vague answers about "AI bots" are a warning.
  2. Ask how they'll treat training bots versus search bots. If they can't explain the difference, they haven't read the docs.
  3. Ask whether they'll sell you an AI text file or special schema as required. Google says neither is needed for its AI features.
  4. Ask where measurement comes from. Google counts AI Overview and AI Mode clicks inside Search Console's regular data, so a report that ignores it is missing your best free source.
  5. Ask what they'll change on your service pages in the first month. If the answer is mostly blog posts, look elsewhere.

Pricing and process

Websites start from $1,000, and how many pages and features you need sets the final cost. Before work starts, the written proposal records scope, timeline, payment schedule, and rounds of revisions. Each project includes structure, copywriting, custom design, development, a layout for mobile, basic SEO, and launch, and the AI search work above is part of that, not billed on top.
